My 66 years in total of life with John was not always smooth but it was a very good one. He could be confrontational and on the other hand an idiot but he was my idiot. He did some very stupid things like scrumping plums from our neighbours garden by climbing a fence and subsequently falling and breaking a couple of ribs. How stupid is that? There are many more stories like that and they still make me laugh a year after I lost this very loving "idiot" and I thank each and every one of you who knew him or worked wth him and "yes" he did have a motorcycle outrider group to see him on his way.
